1. General
These terms and conditions contain important information about your use of the Site and you should read them carefully and contact us at info@we-served.com if you have any questions or complaints.
The Site is operated by UK Veterans Limited trading as weServed (referred to as “weServed” “us” or “we”).
“Site” means any mobile applications or similar devices operated by weServed
“Product” means the third-party products and services hosted on the Site
“You” means UK veterans and their dependents who have been validated to use the Site
2. Permitted use of the Site
We provide the Site to enable you to browse through Products, job opportunities and other services provided by third parties. If you want to buy any Product you will contract directly with the relevant third party. We will receive commissions and/or fees from the third parties for introducing you.
The Site is for your personal non-commercial use. You may not use the Site to:
- harm, threaten, defame or harass another person
- invade another person’s privacy
- act inappropriately or unacceptably, in each case as determined by us
You must be over 16 years old to become a user of the Site.
You agree to pay all fees and charges incurred in accordance with the payment provisions described from time to time on the Site. We may pass your card or other payment details to the relevant third party in order to process your purchase of any Product.
The Site enables you to browse and purchase Products from third parties. You will need to provide information about your request to obtain a Product. Before obtaining any Product you should make sure you have provided accurate and complete information and that the relevant provider is using that information in relation to the Product.
The Products displayed on the Site are not provided by us but by third parties and you should take care to ensure that any Product you are interested in is suitable and appropriate for your purposes and if in any doubt seek independent advice in advance. You should check Providers' own terms and conditions before obtaining a Product.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site.
We do not accept responsibility or liability for loss or damage you may incur:
- for any incorrect or incomplete information you provide on the Site
- if a Product does not meet your requirements
- as a result of Product reviews on the Site being inaccurate
- for any failures, acts or omissions of any third party in relation to any Product
- which is indirect or unforeseeable by us
- from any inability to access the Site or any event beyond our control
Legal Notice
These terms and conditions together with our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between us for access to and use of the Site which shall be governed by English law and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any claims or disputes in connection therewith.
